You saw, in his critique of how my plans were, Kevin talking about his aborted Trinity story which he tried freewriting while I was on my mission-- he gave me fairly regular posts on it, and writing just an hour a day he was blasting through the story and everything, words multiplying with your back turned-- the book itself wasn't that great, but at least it was. And in, just like a couple of months. I figure we can do better, and outline, and all that, both, if we set our minds and fishhooks to it.
Much of these hours, I realized (and this is partly why I've been gone for so long) much of these hours is just me explaining to you things that I already know, and working to put them in a pretty format. You figure, that's totally inefficient, right? So I'm like, maybe I'll brainstorm freehand on the story a lot, and then post that, and in the midst of those ideas, I forgot to do either. Whoops.
I think I'll go do that now.
