Moone has answered a thousand riddles, signed a thousand crossroad contracts in his own blood. He gets out of tight spots in any way possible, but sometimes that gets him deeper into trouble, or at the very least, leaves him with something to answer for. It goes both ways; Moone owes a lot, but a lot is also owed to him. He has allies and enemies, and I'd like to introduce a character to you who is, like most of them, a little bit of both.
